Jim Spark
Vice President
A TrakCom founder, Jim is engaged in all aspects of TrakCom business management providing the Company with detailed knowledge and focussed expertise. Jim is a professional engineer with 38 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has worked in a variety of roles in both manufacturing and systems integration including product design, quality assurance, production management, engineering management, project management, and business development with an emphasis on rail transit. Jim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
John Denham
Director, Finance and Operations
John is responsible for TrakCom administration and general management. John has been involved in the management of several technology companies over many years. John is also Chief Financial Officer of Opterus Inc., a provider of SAAS-based store management software to major retail chains. John was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Route1 Inc. (TSX: ROI) a provider of secure remote network connection solutions, and Managing Director of CIBC World Markets. John is a professional Engineer and Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ken Smart
Director, Marketing and Business Development
Ken is responsible for corporate communications as well as sales and marketing of TrakCom products. Ken has been involved in many aspects of technology development for over 30 years and holds patents for industrial and medical related inventions.
